In 1912 he became a pitcher with the Baltimore Orioles of the International League, a career which was abruptly interrupted by an injury to his arm. He played right field and pitched for the Premiers of the old Rochester City League and in 1916 became one of the organizers of the Polish National baseball team.

Frank started work with National Car Wheel Co. on the corner of Barnum Street and Leighton Avenue. About 1910 he worked for the Rochester Button Co. at 300 State Street and in 1914 was in insurance and later real estate.

Frank entered World War I service in Rochester 15 Jun 1918 as a private assigned to the Students' Army Training Corps at Syracuse. He was discharged 6 December 1919.

He continued in the real estate business until about 1928 when he became deputy field assessor for the City of Rochester at 26 City Hall. Frank died 19 March 1941 in the Iola Sanatorium following a long illness at the age of 51 years and is buried in the Soldiers plot at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Military funeral services were conducted by the Pulaksi Post of the American Legion, of which Frank was a member.
