A Mr. Peterson thinks the nuclear waste problem will be solved by technology
in just a few decades. It's obvious he did not grow up in the 1950's whence
came this hallucination, sponsored by your government and GE. Besides, it's
already solved. Can you imagine the glee of the Nukers when they figured out
that they could get the military to pay for this waste if they said it was harmless.
That would be "depleted uranium", you know, the harmless waste product. Never
stop on a roll. Why do all the pro homo groups try to quash identical twin studies?
If there
was ever going to be any data that would support genetic homosexuality, this
should be the mother lode. Must be another type of load involved. Get the honey
bucket pumpers, please. Stop, you say! It's like diarrhea after you get started.
Nasty communists over there in China. Maybe it's about opposition to central
banks, not ideology. Is there any chance it was a central bank that financed
the new world expeditions to open new trade routes? That would have been the
1500's, 1600's, etc. Yessir, if you can control their currency you can get control.
Perhaps the Chinese are aware that if they control their currency, they also
control the value of their exports, value added, etc., and it doesn't make any
difference what the stock market does, or the Bank of England. No, that would
be an old money capitalist idea, don't you think? Or do you? Politics, more
fun than farting in the bathtub, eh! At least we don't have to worry about being
accused of being a democracy anymore. Energy, home of icons to stupidity. Lower
energy costs anyone. Perhaps the utilities profits are a
percentage
of their rates. Ten percent of a dollar is a dime. Ten percent of two dollars
is twenty cents. Would someone like to keep the prices up and keep talking bad
about them Arabs. Take the time to consider the centralized distribution of
electricity, for example. 75% of the power generated is lost in transmission.
Hello! Does the thought of decentralized distribution (home/local utilities,
very local) strike a responsive chord here. These folks don't realize that they
have priced themselves out of business. You know what I mean, eh? Every home
with it's own little power unit making electricity and hot water. Get your calculator,
total up the energy used in your household. Now, see how much power is in a
gallon of gasoline or kerosene. Your calculations should tell you that a 6-8
horsepower Briggs and Stratton should be able to do the job with plenty of extra.
That would require 18-24 horsepower at your local utility. The hot water comes
from the muffler(exhaust system), because internal combustion is notoriously
inefficient, with lots of waste heat in the exhaust. You don't need to waste
it. Think of that monster Utility company or Nuke in
your
backyard as somebody's vending machine. This is about centralized collection
of money, not centralized distribution of energy. I just love energy crisis'.
One of those rare things that make people think, give an old environmentalist
like myself a little jolt. "Here comes the sun." The dry white crackers seem
to be working. Sincerely
